Punishing an innocent man because of the evil and atrocities of some people is not just.

If God had the power to stop Satan, he would have by now. I am starting to believe that God either is cruel, punishing, judgmental and sadistic or just doesn’t exist.

God doesn't love anyone. He loves to see us suffering

This is the most ridiculous and awful thing I’ve heard today. The wicked prosper. The wealthy seem to be the only ones who get abundant blessings. Children starving to death. One of the worst, unbearable ways to die. People abused, raped, murdered, homeless and “he” just sits back with indifference. I’ve seen people who mock God and yet they live full, rich lives yet the ones who “praise” him get the crumbs. Why do these people keep making excuses for the evil and cruelty of innocent people? He’s insulting

God didn’t want cruel things, He’s not responsible for cruel acts. He made “Free Will”. If you don’t know what Free Will is, Free Will allows you to make your own decision to do anything. Most cruel acts often happen for people using God's gift wrongly (Free Will). I’m not sure if this is true, but only few cruel acts is from some infections, some infections can result into controlling you. Some people say it’s not fair that people can die so many different ways. You can’t live forever, but your not truly dead. Your soul will everlastingly live with God. And he truly loves you very much. No matter how much you disobey God, He will always forgive you. Doing the Sacraments is always a good option! Baptism, Reconciliation, or Communion. Every way is fine.

Not what you were asked (even the questioner rolled her eyes).
Try answering the actual question, Frank.

The real question is WHY God allows cruel things to happen ?
Not that He judges the offender.

Adding to that this article.

Whenever I think about deep stuff like evil and suffering, I find it helpful to remember two aspects of God’s nature. First, he is perfectly just. So all evil will eventually be punished perfectly and appropriately. Second, he is perfectly loving. Thus, God extends himself sacrificially to forgive those who do evil (all of us) and provide an escape from punishment. What’s amazing to me is how both of these sides of God, his justice and love, collide on the cross with Jesus Christ. You know someone truly loves you if they are willing to die for you. But when God forgave us, he did not simply ignore our evil thoughts, choices, and actions. That wouldn’t be justice, would it? All of our crimes, big and small, were punished perfectly, but the punishment was re-directed toward Jesus Christ. The punishment that Jesus took upon himself demonstrate God’s love and God’s justice.

God is a gentleman. That is, he doesn’t force his love on the objects of his affection (all of us). He is persuasive – not coercive. He allows you to turn your back on him if you prefer to be the captain of your own ship. You may not want to acknowledge a higher authority to whom you must answer. You may not want to admit that you don’t have your act together. He allows you to make that choice. On the other hand, you might realize that God’s relentless love is what you’ve been searching for all of your life. It’s like this: a gentleman does not force a woman to marry him. He becomes vulnerable. He expresses his love to her by his words and actions. Then he asks her to make a decision: “Will you marry me?” At this point, the ball is in her court. She can either accept or reject his offer. In the same way, each of us can accept or reject God’s offer of a life-giving connection through Jesus Christ.

Don't try to be advocate of GOD, , He is the Supreme Power and will never allow to be wrong
But if something wrong happens only GOD is responsible, HE is cruel , ,not us be he created lion and deer and only allow a lion to kill deer

He didn't really deal with the question...? Like, why would God allow rape if He is sovereign? That's kind of the heart of the question.
