That Cadillac totally deserved to get towed. I use to have a neighbor that would do that. I left a nice note on her car once and asked her to stop, she did not stop. About a month later she moved. Thank God.

we can tell she is lying. the dirt shows that vehicle hasn't been moved or worked on in a long time. nice to have the office back johnny up for a change. she must be a problem renter.
