The manager should evict this troublemaker. Seems he has been a problem for too long. The way he was talking with the little girl plastered to his side, he seems like he will be a big problem no matter what goes down, and no matter whether he has his children out there witnessing any altercation. Any decent parent would have sent their kid back into the apartment. He actually just used his own daughter to get out of being towed. What a punk thing to do.

Manager for 40 years. Only 2 months and causing all this chaos. I’m sure that manager has the eviction in the works. It takes time to get rid of ‘problems’ sometimes. Unfortunately, the other residents have to put up with these people until they’re gone. Johnny is a good one👍🏻💙💙💙👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
