In the future, all presentations will be like this. There's a few people on YouTube who know how to teach and present new information in a clear, coherent and logical sequence, and this gentleman is one of them. Many thanks!

Wow - that's so interesting that to learn that microtubules form the cilia of the epithelial tissue in respiratory system. I knew one of its function was to be a track for motor proteins like kinesin but never put the two and two together. The microtubule is usually found in the cytoplasm. Aside for being a track for motor proteins, it is also involved in the mitotic spindle (like you explained) and mechanical support. Some relevant components of the mitotic spindle are the centrosome, astral microtubule, kinetochore microtubule, and overlap microtubule, kinetochore, sister chromatids, motor protein, and spindle pole. It is a stiff, hollow, and the largest fiber that resists compression. I also learned that protofilament from your video is a row of a tubulin subunit and two of them is a heterodimer graph. The circumference of tubulin subunit is called the lamen. A common motor protein that a microtubule carries is called the kinesin, which is head, taiil, and stalk. The kinesin carries the transport vesicle across the kinesin using the energy from atp which becomes adp and p.

On a certain level, we have a drug store in our microtubules, the neurochemicals that show up in flow: so dopamine, norepinephrine, anandamide, endorphins, and serotonin. If you were to try to cocktail the street drug version of that, right, you're trying to blend like heroin and speed and coke and acid and weed- and point is, you can't do it. It turns out the microtubules can cocktail all of 'em at once, which is why people will prefer flow to almost any experience on Earth. It's our favorite experience. It's the most addictive experience on Earth. Why? 'Cause it cocktails five or six of the largest pleasure drugs the microtubules can produce. We're all capable of so much more than we know. That is a commonality across the board. And one of the big reasons is we're all hardwired for flow, and flow is a massive amplification of what's possible for ourselves.

Well thank god there's rescue after catastrophy - you had me in the first half. I love the naming scheme developed for this particular subset of literature, it's so apt.
