Jamaican Cocobread Ingredients List
4 oz. Coconut Milk
4 oz. Whole Milk (or substitute with water or additional coconut milk)
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Instant Yeast
1/2 tsp. Salt
16 oz./1 lb. All-purpose flour
2 oz. Butter
~2 oz. Melted butter (for brushing)
