When I bought tlou2 when it came out, I bought it digitally on the ps4, and it said I could upgrade it for free when I buy a ps5- so now I have a ps5 and it won’t give me an option to upgrade it

Can I get a straight forward simple answer to the following question. I own The Quarry for PS4 on disc. I recently got a PS5 Disc version, I loaded the game and it installed the PS4 version of the game. I paid the upgrade fee and it installed a PS5 version with the DLCs. I realize I have to use the disc to play the PS5 game but here is my question. Can I delete the PS4 version of the game without it affecting the PS5 install or do I have to keep both versions installed on my console? Thank you in advance.

Do you know how I can upgrade my ps4 version of cyberpunk? I bought the disc last year in December(before the 10th) and I dont see a way to upgrade it after you hit view page

So what do you do if it's till showing a price, like in the video? It's kind of weird to show an example that doesn't work and then just say "this should be listed as free".

im trying to upgrade hogwars legacy from ps4 disc to ps5 version but it keeps saying its 75 euro's even after fully installing the ps4 version., anyone know how to fix

I know you need the ps4 disc to copy the game on the Ps5 and get the Ps5 free upgrade, but, do you need to insert the ps4 disc everytime you want to play the Ps5 version? I'm guessing yes, cause if not, you could just borrow a ps4 copy from your friend, copy to your ps5, get the free ps5 upgrade, then return ps4 copy to your friend, so can you confirm you don't need to insert the ps4 copy when you play the free ps5 version?
