Confirms my opinion that the 500 performance doesn’t match the cost. I have the 400, 462 and 661, but couldn’t justify the extra $ for a 500 after using one. Good test with the similar cutting method.

I have a 461 and it seems slow and sluggish for a 77cc saw. I’ve been told to replace the coil. Anyone?

just buy a neotec ns872 muffler mod and tune thing is a beast with a 25inch bar and chain on it for around $300 mark

Nice collection, I have all of them except the MS461
I can also see if you use your saws we are just alike, use them, clean them thoroughly, and be ready for the next time they are needed. People that just throw around $1100+ saws without cleaning and PM'ing are not too smart.
