VLADIMIR PUTIN was seen driving around war-ravaged Mariupol on his first visit inside territory he illegally occupied from Ukraine during the current conflict.

He visited the city devastated by his troops last year which is now being rebuilt by the Kremlin.

Putin flew in by helicopter after visiting Crimea, which was annexed illegally from Ukraine in 2014.

ICC warrant will never be acted this isn't about the children(sadly) its about timing and response! Timing as crucial talks with China upcoming, response... if Putin thought nothing of this then he wouldn't respond, so to me he values the action as much that needed a response.... but the 3rd element to this is the unspoken message ... coup d'état.... the west is tired of Putin and action needs to be taken in their eyes.... Geopolitics very interesting.... Personally I thought Putin shouldn't need to respond if he believes in what he's doing is just... welcome opinions though?
