Follow me into a very cold studio, the temperature early March dropped significantly for two days. I just was able to be there for a couple hours as I don't have a heating system. I had to lift my crystal ball onto a make shift base. To figure out a final creative solution for my "Counterweight" installation...
Hello again, my crystal ball: 44+ kilo.
Steel, glass, air, the studio feels freezing cold, 5 degrees only.
For curious ones: See a teaser for Episode III at the end. This is my stacked “Stelae” installation.
Finally! The heavy glass sphere is at it’s destination
My custom made multifunctional metal storage boxes come in handy as always. Many of you might have been waiting for the protagonist steel profile I cut in Episode I. Well, here it is. Time to warm up: Chinese Puer tea! A piece of the block, voilà.
See how the hammer got there next time.
Thank you for watching - See you soon
