So I was wrong, I panicked, and I assumed that Tahlulah had mange, but thanks to some fantastic advice from @animalequals on Instagram it turns out she is just moulting. You should go follow and support them if you can. They took time out of their day to help me, and I can't thank them enough for that because I was so worried about Tahlulah.
