Did 80 yesterday and felt great. The thing about them is that you go like " shit, not burpees again", but after a while you cant stop doing them. My goal was 59 but i did 80. Nice one 👍

I visited your site again, for the first time in perhaps a year. I decided to do this 12 minute workout this morning after doing 3 sets of push-ups of 50 each. I rested for 5, then proceeded onto yours. I did the full 50/150 NS Burpees right along side of you. I'm a proud owner of a 71 year old male body….glad I'm still 80 kilos!

I used to be able to do 100 with a small break at 50 when in jail, today i did 25! Could have done more, but slowly i will work myself back up to it and stay at 50 count. Thanks for the inspiration to do more!

Did this this morning. Starts off relatively easy and then gets tough! Great workout. And yes, part of it - you do 150 pressups!

Tried this for the first time today got to 40 after no training for 2 years, totally surprised myself. Absolute beast of a burn in my chest so definitely working. This is my new training regime. Thanks for the videos, content and knowledge big man.

I wont be satisfied until I have a more V shaped definition! I hate burpees but need to haul myself out of my co.fort zone. Post 50 I ve ditched long distance running to protect my joints but love martial arts so these are perfect for enhancing my cardio. Awesome physique! Best wishes from the UK. 😊😊😊😊

Feel like a pull up between reps would be a great addition if one was going to be doing this as a daily routine. To balance out the push with some pull.

I'm in the worst shape of my life... I turn 45 in 3 months and want to start getting in shape. I saw this video and thought I could at least do 5 and work my way up daily from there. To my surprise I almost hit my face on the ground as I went into the push up position on my first one... The road ahead will be long and arduous.

Found this channel probably three days ago and it got me motivated, i always struggled with burpees due to my weight, this year i started to eat properly and to commit to exercise with more discipline and i managed to do at least 10 to 20 burpees in a row. I was very happy when i reached that number but once i found this video i got motivated and challenged myself to do the same, 50 navy seal burpees. I just did it and i couldn't be more proud of myself, i feel good, strong and sexy! The goal now is to increase the reps along with the time.
