Hey Devi, your video today resonates with my recent situation so much. it also reminded me of a quote I came across recently, " The magic your looking for is in the work you are avoiding". The work I have been avoiding is exactly about acceptance, its something I have always avoided and thought if I just tried harder, situations will get better. Deep in my heart I was not willing to accept the things around me, I was projecting hatred, fear and anxiety to my outer world. I was not trusting the universe. I realise when I really started to truly accept everything I have and I am facing in the here and now (don't think about the past and future, just focus on the current moment) .. contrarily I immediately felt less stressed and felt like things are not that bad at all. I think its also about gaining back my trust in the universe. Once I started to look at "the problems I have" from a higher perspective, instead of fear and judgement, as you mentioned, I feel that those problems that happened to me must have the reason and even I don't understand the reason by now, I feel fine to let them just happen to me. Those problems then started to flow easier, resistance started to dissipate, and I started to feel the blessings in the situation.
