As someone who lives way out in the country and has a septic tank, I can truly appreciate this

Almost all people will say it's disgusting and stinky, which is obvious, but if you never get your septic tanks cleaned then eventually your house (or neighborhood) will stink or flood because of the clog. There's always someone who needs to do these things.

Lol. One of the Septic business in my area usually has funny catch phase on the back of their septic trucks.
"Just another politician's load".
"I got the crappiest job".
"I'm full of sh---t".

"Flushable wipes" shouldn't be flushed even into the city sewer system, it can still clog pipes that are small enough and mixed all the grease that can end up in the sewers it can lead to someone having to unclog it. So it's best if you don't flush them and just throw them in the trash like you would do with regular wipes. But still great advice.

We had a clogged inlet baffle. The tank was pumped, but the problem persisted, so we dug it all the way up. We found that the baffle lids weren't over the baffles at all! So we had the whole tank top lifted and set properly, and installed risers (and of course cleaned both baffles). The last pump service took a tidy 20 mins.
It had been that way since its installation in 1950!!

Nice work done. This is because there are people in some countries who are called manual scavengers who actually go down there to clean which is dangerous and harmful. Good job dominic!!

Those wipes should not even be thrown down sewer systems.They are one of the biggest problems most municipal sewers have clogging systems from the house to the treatment plant.
