We've all been tempted by the idea of "cheap and fast, " whether it's getting a virtual assistant or other things for our business. But this video reminded me that value matters more than just the cost. Very nice video!

I totally agree with you and I am a VA as well. No matter if you outsource or hire an in-person assistant. If the client(realtors for example) don't have their own system or process, it will going to be hard to the VAs as well. We won't be able to help, if the leader is out of place and don't even have a plan. Luckily, the client I work with right now is very reliable and really know what or how his business works.

As a VA - I love this! I work specifically for people in my county and don’t charge discounted rates. Some of my clients actually have a full time executive assistant and I assist them with special projects specifically for stimulating their database and CRM organization. Works great!

I wanted to become a REVA however what immediately comes to my mind is.... Is the client have already establish systems and rules especially when it comes to pay? True that clients want VAs who can solve their problems but without any foundation, not being valued, and don't have strong resolve that VA can see as stable and secure to have partnership with them, I don't think VAs will stay long or these clients see these VAs as something replaceable because they are cheap but they can be replaced with someone else better.

Do you have any recommendations of any VA companies that offer a great value to a business?

Brandon, can you elaborate on the rubber band effect? Or make a video on it? The little bit you mentioned definitely resonates.
