Some games specifically require a ds2 due to the pressure sensitivity of the ds2. I think dragon ball budokai tenkaichi is one of em. I remember how we rolled with a ps1 controller till that game got us lol

Not all PS2 games works with a ps1 controller. Like kh1, it's says please connect a dual shock 2 controller.

I remember playing Smackdown just bring it and Here Comes the Pain with a PS1 controller. But I didn’t know you could play a PS2 controller on a PS1. That’s really cool.
