Btw Paul, I believe there is an AUX port that you can hook up an AUX cable to and then grab a converter, a 3.5mm jack to lightning port and then you can use your iPhone to listen to music. Try it out

Love this. Like old times. You should buy an FM transmitter for the R8, plugs into your cigarette port and allows you to stream music from your phone to the car. Less than a tenner too

I haven't watched you or Seb's channel for some time now. Sam's as well but just recently started watching his again and now yours. I remember when I started watching Seb he had the Lotus and looked like a 16 year old kid! Funny to see him age. You don't look much different though. 😁👍

Car has an aux in port. Just need a usb C or lightening to aux and then an aux cable. Available from any Currys.

Why didnt you get one of those phone chargers with built in Bluetooth to FM.

It pairs with your phone and then sends the signal out as a weak FM radio signal - weak so it doesn't break the law but plenty good enough that the car radio can tune into it.

Iirc Sam uses one in the 360 or used to

Why was the R8 parked outside? Shouldn't it be stored in a garage? or some kind of over head cover? I don't have an Audi R8, I just have a BMW 3 series, but I keep it in my garage.

Daily drove a 2011 v10 in ibis white for 18k in 18months back in the day - amazing car …..Audi service intervals, stunning looks, iconic engine, slightly iffy r tronic gearbox and woeful infotainment aside - one of the best.
