Omg never do this. Lol I asked my chiropractor what kind of adjustment he was planning on doing, not planning to have a neck adjustment right then and there, I was going to get examined and get information and maybe a back cracking. He told me we're going to stretch your muscles, lie on your back, pushed my shoulders together 2 or 3 times and then to turn over, and then without asking me he grabbed my head, and said breathe in, and did a neck adjustment, by surprise. Which I wasn't planning on having done because I know there's a 1/20, 000 chance supposedly of having a stroke, or artery dissection, or worse paralysis, or death. And didn't even have x rays, or do a through examination, or ask me about details like recent medical history etc, just rushed the whole thing, would barley let me talk, I told him I thought I had Atlantoaxial instability and my head feels like it's clunking around on my spine when I jump up and down.. and he did this adjustment kind of like this, but felt a little harsher, and now my neck is hurting. 😢 Lol hopefully I don't die! Don't do this if your at risk of stroke, aka long time smoker, like I am, on certain medications etc. Or if you have arthritis in your neck or instability, an injury, which I had a few years ago, tumbling down a mountain, and told him that's when I think my problems started, and it knocked my atlas c1 vertebrae out of alignment. Smh they shouldn't even be allowed to do this. Sure 19, 999 times out of 20, 000 it might go okay, but why risk paralysis or death or a stroke!

Do you ever worry about giving somebody a stroke?

there was only 4 in the video that were real, the ones that sound deep and hard. all the others are jus ligaments; offer a day of relief, maybe, and often have a rebound effect, being more painful and leading to more chiropractor visits.
