Petersfield Heath Pond / Lake Hampshire 4k

Petersfield Heath Pond / Lake, in Hampshire, is a beautiful 22-acre pond that is less than a mile from Petersfield town centre. A beautiful relaxing walk around the pond, that is home to Swans, Geese, coots, ducks, moorhens and much more wildlife than you can shake a stick at. There are bronze age burial mounds to keep your eye out for, children's play areas and a little cafe where you can sit and have a cup of tea coffee and a bite to eat while looking out over the pond, or lake as it is massive. It takes roughly an hour to walk around depending on your pace. Very relaxing, very calming, very soothing.
