The Loomis method is the simplest for me. Have not heard of the other two. Thank you much for the vid.

The problem the Reilly method is that it lacks volume. I woild say its better for letting you see the flow between shapes so you can inform your volumes.

To me the best teachers for anatomy have been michael hampton, marc brunet, will westen, and marshall vandruff. They focus on volume more than anything which is key.
