if you had kolaches in Waco you may have had some of the famous kolaches from the town of West, a Czech community near Waco famous for its kolache shops.
Kolaches can also have fruit as well as poppy seed fillings.

Jack: HEBs in Brownsville likely have Peppridge Farm bagels, worth checking out.

We in Texas don't need Joisy bagels, Brothers Bakery in Houston has us covered.

Hear shield being a metal outer surface filled with 3mm holes with frozen water so that on contact with the atmosphere it melts forcing steam out as a retro brake on the rocket during reentry with no tiles get ice as a radiation barrier and source of refreshment too.

I have a weird feeling they'll end up 3D printing the ship belly with integrated cooling channels and weep holes for transpirational cooling.
