The most threatening thing about Midori is his pose. He's always slightly leaning forward. Try looking at yourself in the mirror while slightly leaning forward with your arms perfectly at your sides. It's the strangest, most unsettling look.

Because we got the option to name him in the game, I named Midori “Fiendre”. If you switch the I and E then it becomes “Feindre” which means to pretend or perform in French. I thought it was a fitting name with him being a fake version of the true sou hiyori. Also, with how Sou is an anagram of uso, it seemed like it fit

I get that the “Aren’t you Cheerful?” motif towards the end is just a reference to how he derives joy from others’ negative reactions to him, but I can’t help but feel like there may be a second meaning to incorporating Joe’s theme to this guy... I have my theories but I’ll wait until section B of C3 Part 1 ><;;;;

It means 'rat, as in a deceitful person' in my native language (Irish)
