The little pixel sprites were always my favorite thing about YTTD. So I made this ticking edit. Don't take the video too seriously. The fates of the characters were not all in favor of the wheel. Some of them were handpicked by me since not every character had a death or happy cg/sprite. Enjoy the video =)

Gin always survives and i‘m here for it

I don't see anyone else doing this so I'll come up with scenarios:
The victims of the first trial just didn't make it in time like usual. The only weird one here is Kai, who I guess was just killed by Asunaro for defecting or something. Keiji decides to save Megumi instead of leaving her to die.
Joe is the protagonist and does all his investigating with Sara because she's the only one he knows he can rely on.
Ranmaru and Sara grow close in the meantime and Ranmaru sort of half joins their investigation squad. Mai and Q-Taro grow close as well. Keiji and Megumi pretend to be trustworthy police officers together.
Russian Roulette goes the same way it did before, with Sara being the one with the gun. You do it from Joe's perspective as one of the people in the chairs.
Reko is the one voted out in the test vote. I'm saying this is because Ranmaru voted for her instead of himself to ensure his and Sara's survival.
Sara and Joe find "Gonbee" in the locker like usual and "Gonbee" conceals his identity even though he doesn't know where Reko is. Nobody took Reko's head, but it randomly disappeared before this and no one really wants to look for it (same as Mishima's head. There's a theory that it's in Mew-Chan.) They figure Miley just took it. People are reluctant to talk about Reko, so "Gonbee" doesn't find out that she was ever there. "Gonbee" is interrogated by Joe and Sara who are playing good cop bad cop, but it doesn't work out.
The first Main Game arrives. Joe, who you are playing as, receives the Sacrifice card. Throughout the first half of the Main Game, it's revealed that "Gonbee" is actually Alice Yabusame, the murderer. Initially they suspect that Reko was Alice, but Shin clears this up using his knowledge of the participants' names. (He only says that for his First Trial he'd seen a list of names and occupations, though. He says nothing about survival rates.) Shin doesn't claim to be the Keymaster this time because he doesn't have Kanna to pretend to be the Sage. Sara claims to be the Keymaster, but both Ranmaru and Joe claim to be the Sage and they both back her up. With no other competition, Sara doesn't make it into the final vote but both Ranmaru and Joe do. Alice and Gin are also in the final vote. Alice because he's a murderer, and Gin because of Q-Taro's nonsense.
Joe tries his hardest to convince everyone that he's the Sage so he can escape with Sara, but it's eventually uncovered that Ranmaru is the actual Sage. The vote is between him and Alice, who everyone mistrusts due to being generally suspicious. Obviously Gin isn't an actual option to anyone anymore because he's a child. It's revealed that Ranmaru was the one to vote for Reko, which makes Alice go off on him. The majority votes for Ranmaru because they (and Alice) blame him for Reko's death.
Joe is sacrificed in true wiggler Joe fashion. You watch Sara click the button desperately until the screen fades to black.
Keiji puts his hand on Sara's shoulder. You're in his perspective now. You see Joe's drained corpse.
Sara's lost both of her friends. Over the course of chapter 2-1, Keiji and Sara grow closer. Sara becomes his investigation partner.
It's revealed through inner dialogue that Keiji actually hates Megumi. You collect MeTokens as Keiji.
This time, it's Mai who goes into the final Attraction instead of Reko, and it's Mai who gets replaced with a doll (it's funny because she has gloves too, just like Reko). She asks for Keiji's help because Keiji has made himself seem reliable to everyone else and because she has a strained relationship with Q-Taro after he said to sacrifice a child.
Gin and Q-Taro are, again, the ones with the least and most MeTokens. This proceeds as usual, with them being forced to participate in that poison minigame. They spare Doll Mai, but she tries to kill real Mai and Q-Taro puts himself between them and gets stabbed instead.
Alice is blown up by Reko's head. Maybe it was her actual head. Who knows.
The second Main Game starts. Shin claims to be the Sacrifice. Q-Taro claims to be the Keymaster, and Mai, panicking, claims to be the Sacrifice as well. It doesn't work and all 3 of them plus Sara get into the final vote. Everyone panics except Sara, who is catatonic. In order to figure out who the Sacrifice really is, Keiji tries to trace back all the trades with the help of everyone who isn't lying. It doesn't work though, until Sara finally admits that she's the Sacrifice. Keiji doesn't believe her but the fact that she was in the final vote at all proved her point. It's revealed that Mai was supposed to be the sacrifice and was taking it from Gin who had been given the card by Q-Taro because Q-Taro wanted the Keymaster card that was given to Gin. but Gashu messed up the trades like usual so that Sara would end up with the card. Sara previously had the Sage card, which was given to Mai. I'm saying this is because Gashu was trying to mess up the games and survival rates by killing Sara. They corner Gashu but Gashu shoots himself as a punishment.
Mai and Shin both have to make cases for why they should live. Shin is deemed more useful and Mai is voted. Sara is sacrificed.
...That's all I've come up with. Although I think it would be cute if the Dummies were still a thing and Shin was paired up with Kanna.
