Don’t forget the short face bear, the Komodo dragon, and now the T-Rex and who knows what other prehistoric animals we will see in season 3 of La brea

As much as I enjoy the show, the animals are the main attraction for me. I’d just really appreciate it if they’d stop killing all the predators. I mean I get that it’s all about survival but still, I hate seeing some of my favorite animals constantly dying at the hands of humanity.

Will they put any other prehistoric animals on this show, like the Short Faced and Cave Bear, and big birds like Titanis and Phorusrhacids, terror birds? That would be interesting!

Can’t believe it’s over. It’s been one heck of an interesting ride. I remember being so excited when they announced this 2 years ago just after Covid.

It's kinda interesting seeing these magnificent creatures in action on a TV show made in the 2020s.

The show is 10% prehistoric wildlife which ever one wanted to see, and 90% plot twist character drama that’s cliché and no one wanted to see

0:00-0:49 It’s a Woolly Rhino. Just like the ones from Journey to the beginning of time, Land of the Mammoth, Walking with Prehistoric Beasts, the 2007 PBS NATURE Program Rhinoceros, BBC’S Ice Age Giants & the the 2018 Film Alpha. Hmm… Am I missing one? Oh yeah, Mutant Planet Season 2 “Borneo”. A CG ghost was seen right next to its smaller modern endangered relative the Sumatran Rhino.

Woolly rhinos and gigantic snakes did not exist in that time. Also, there were mammoths around but that is a woolly mammoth it's supposed to be a columbian mammoth, everything else did exist in La brea's past

And so with the portal damaged not only are the survivors still trapped in 10.000 BC but to make matters worse they now have to deal with the consequences of time travel first hand.

The saber-toothed tiger is the king of La Brea! That makes sense, after all, saber-toothed tigers were the top predators of their time.

Somehow I scratch my head of why there are woolly rhinos in the show. They didn’t live in North America, especially La Brea. Woolly rhinos lived in Eurasia.

Had this show continued, in addition to creatures from the Cenozoic and the Mesozoic, we might even get to see creatures from the distant future (possibly from a post-apocalyptic timeline where humans either left Earth or have gone extinct).
