Using similar triangles to find the measure of x

Показать описание
👉 Learn how to solve for the unknown in a triangle divided internally such that the division is parallel to one of the sides of the triangle. The triangle proportionality theorem states that if a line is parallel to one side of a triangle and it intersects the other two sides, then it divides those sides proportionally. Thus, with the aid of the triangle proportionality theorem, we can solve for the unknown in a triangle divided proportionally.

This guy explained it soo good, I wasn't getting the concept and my teacher had told me that I had to explain him some Questions from book to check my concept. I was scared as I didn't know but after watching this video I feel so confident.
Thank You Sir!

Hi, I have a question so at the end of the video, where do you get -14x and 6. Also, I don't get the end where you do 10x=34 and then divide by ten. I am really confused and this is the only video I can find on this topic. Do you know any other videos that also teach this same lesson on finding the measure of x because when I search to up it only shows find x instead of like x+3 or x-5? Thanks
