Permanent stick vinyl is shiny side up use transfer tape . For HTV it is shiny side down and mirror your image no transfer tape needed.

I have a question. Does Stitch Artist 3 take care of the situation where it eliminates the underlying blanket or e-stitch of overlapping pieces so you don't have to make each piece into an applique and then import them individually to create your design?

Just vinyl you just print out do not mirror regular vinyl then weed then use the transfer tape to pull off then you pull it off the vinyl a will be sticky then you can put it on your cup. It’s really easy peasy.

Here's something I found out recently. My LQS (Sew Yeah) no longer carries Kona Cotton. Why? Robert Kaufman is selling to Walmart and JoAnn's. They low price fabrics less than a quilt shop can. I'd not be surprised if other LQS start following suit.

Becky, I saw the lesson on the Halloween quilt today on replay. When you're doing the face, couldn't you digitize the top of the head with a straight line? That also prevents the applique stitches under the hair. The more I listen to these lessons, the more I understand. No my SNC isn't out of the box yet. I need to get on the ball and get the robotics on my Q'Nique so I can get all the other stuff piled on tables, etc. put away so I can get some work done.
