People obviously have the right to make legitimate complaints however residents also need to understand that business taxes help their community a lot, as well as having legitimate business patrons who rarely negatively impact the area. Furthermore, legitimate users are a good deterrent to criminal activity etc. Approval for a proper parking area is a no brainer.

so these homeowners do not have their own driveways? a garage? perhaps someone should suggest when you buy/rent a home always know the parking situation ahead of time
