The Gila Monster - AMAZING Venomous Lizard Encounter!

I’m on a stakeout in the Sonoran Desert hoping to come across the only venomous lizard in the United States, the Gila Monster. Though not typically aggressive, these lizards can pack a bite so powerful it’s said to be like hot lava coursing through your veins! No slip- ups here, Coyote!

You lucked out, Coyote, that was an older, more docile specimen. I have had contact with some real anxious young Gilas! They are also pretty quick when they have reason to be. Very cool creatures!
