I dunno what exactly, but these type of videos of you 2 guys, lost in your own cooking; conversing & teaching & ignoring each other all at the same time in a cramped kitchen is fookin iconic. Sick food, proper ingredients and 2 guys being themselves with the chemistry & indifference only brothers can have. I love it. Going back over your old videos at the minute Mike, I miss ur brother in the videos.

I was scared this was gonna be just two white boys using taco seasoning packets and store bought hard taco shells, I;m so pleased I was wrong! You got another Mexican person's approval, this is pretty authentic! :D

Just caught this episode of Pro Home Cooks. After watching your more recent stuff for a year or two, this throw back was hilarious! All the same great cooking as the more recent stuff, but with an additional layer of laid back atmosphere! Your episodes have come a long way from this one, but I truly appreciated this free form! I love your channel and alway look forward to learning something new from you, thanks!

Could I make a suggestion? I would love for you guys to do a series on different soups or stews. I like thick, filling foods and since it's getting into the fall season and soon into winter, I think soups and stews would be awesome from you guys.

I'm Mexican and whenever we had a cookout we would marinate our meat in lime, beer, salt and garlic powder

When making a pico de gallo try using Serrano peppers instead of jalapeños

Instead of frying you can save on the oil and bake the Tortilla Chips. It will take a bit longer (I baked them about 5 to 10 minutes each side at about 180 Celsius/don't know Fahrenheit) but you can make a bigger batch. I'm not sure if it's really healthier (I suppose it could be) but it's at least equal in taste. And it has a good crunch.

These videos make me kind of sad. I have five brothers, and I've never had a fun day of anything with any of them.  To watch these two work so well together and have so much fun doing it makes me kind of sad.  : - l      I'm Mexican, and I endorse these recipes. :-D  Oh, and I take out the jalapeno seeds when I use them as an ingredient.  They're too hot for me....

I like how well the two of you work in such a small space. It really sucks when you have a flow in your mind of your movements, and someone keeps getting in the way. You work well together, and I applaud you.

Love this. Love the resting the dough tip, I always do this for my (Dutch style) pancake batter. It activates the gluten so you get a more elastic dough or batter, whichever you're using.
