kaitlyn!! i’m an outer banks local, the bagels from tullios are sourced from lighthouse bagel in corolla. SERIOUSLY the best bagels on the island 💖

Seeing you go to every place that my family and I have been going to for 20 years (longer if you count my parents going to the outer banks every summer in the 80s) is crazy to me and so fun! So glad you got to enjoy the original duck donuts, thought it’s a little sad to think you didn’t get to go when they used to have a separate room to watch them actually MAKE your doughnut in front of you.

If you come back you have to try Lighthouse Bagels and coffee from the Kind Cup and for ice cream go to Surfin Spoons down in Kitty Hawk that have the best frozen yogurt and ice cream sandwiches. Also a great place to eat is Coralla Cantina their food is really good. I also love seeing people enjoy NC because people never really post about going to places in North Carolina.❤

Our family goes to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. I got to try Leonardo's pizza and Duck Donuts. Veey good.

Ive recently came here after 6y of not coming, sometimes we (me and my family) would 3 or 2 years in a row.So we were happy to come back to our favourite place and restaurant.We also keep the special colered mama kwans cups and used them and our household glasses and cups.We were sad to see many things closed since the last time we went.Like the peace frog frozen yogurt, that is now renamed as coastal creamery and changed to a ice cream bar which you get served.Which before was machine in the wall that would dispense ice cream and you would pay by weight.But we still love being on the beach all day long❤

I have some family in the obx, so I have visited a bunch. My favorite coffee spots are Front Porch Cafe (their muffins are to die for) they have several locations, especially in Kitty Hawk and Roanoke Island, and Charis in Manteo (their specialty coffees are literally some of the best I’ve ever had). Some of my favorite restaurants are Barefoot Bernie’s, Mulligan’s, and Sugar Creek!
