Climate Activists Disrupt Airport Traffic in Germany

Air traffic came to a standstill at two airports in Germany when climate activists blocked the runways. It’s the latest stunt by Last Generation. This time they were protesting the most polluting form of transportation, air travel. Reports say activists were able to get onto the runway at the airport in Hamburg and glue themselves to the runway. In Dusseldorf, activists cut through a fence and blocked an access route to that runway. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.

The problem is that stunts like these or blocking roads simply create more pollution than would be created without the stunts. Meanwhile, people with critical thinking skills address the problem in other ways.

Dang, my company works as a climate compliance software and we all know EU has the most strictest climate laws and has the most advanced renewable energy technology implemented than any other nation yet its still not enough for these activists.

It's a serious offense to block any aircraft on a runway nor crossing over the airspace fence.

Have them be on the hook for all airport fees (each plane landing) - any and all emergency vehicle mobilization + all delayed and re-routed flights and subsequent missed connections for any and all passengers that day. Of course, they probably won't even get to be detained for 15 minutes.

Ah yes, the classic. "I'm gonna glue myself on the runway until I get forcefully thrown off the property so that I can cause planes to go around the airport constantly, consuming more jet fuel and polluting the earth in the process. That will stop airplanes from consuming gas!"

My friend lost his kid and wife while giving birth on the road a few years ago when a certain group of people blocked the roads demanded the government to accept something in law, and he even tried to take her to hospital on his arms coz they simply didn't allow the car to pass. And when I questioned another friend who was in that group he replied so what? Simply blv that they died for the cause. At that moment I realized how corrupt and hypocritical that group friend is. This Just Stop Oil is no different to me. Simply stop uploading their videos to give em attention.
