NASA: News Conference on Oceans Beyond Earth

News conference held on April 13, 2017. NASA announces two missions are providing new details about icy, ocean-bearing moons of Jupiter and Saturn. In one discovery, NASA's Cassini spacecraft detected hydrogen in the plume of gas and icy particles spraying from Saturn's moon Enceladus. This discovery means the small, icy moon — which has a global ocean under its surface — has a source of chemical energy that could be useful for microbes, if any exist there. Meanwhile, Hubble researchers report additional evidence of plumes erupting from Jupiter's moon Europa.

Frankly speaking, to begin with any word relating to OCEANS BEYOND EARTH Jupiter's moon EUROPA stands first , but the problem is to reach within the capability of the humanity to go for any scientific progress simply because of influence of strong magnetic field of Jupiter in and around EUROPA which will enable scientists to carry on further research how to breakthrough strong magnetic field that creates an opening in terms of direct entry to EUROPA

not helpful at all not to raise the matter as to whether life can, theoretically, evolve from nothing around thermal vents without any light whatsoever. It is quite obvious that crustaceans and worms living on vents on our planet came from shallow waters, and later adapted to lightless vents. this matter needs unpacking.
