This will happen only if you are going similar speeds with the truck and also the car will stall lets get an example of the truck going 80km/h and you 100km/h as soon as you get on top of the truck you will go with 20km/h relative to the truck but because it is uphill and depending on the grip your tires will have you will lose speed so lets say you will go 5km/h on top of the truck and also you will stall because you forced the car to go 5 km/h in a high gear or maybe a burnout in a high power car now if you were going 200km/h you will just fly no question

the car will still jump it’s gonna jump at the same speed - the speed of the truck so if the truck is going 20 you will jump at a speed 20mph slower than if the ramp was stationary
