Sound quality from the rehearsal room is what it is but the guy's got a tuneful voice all right. Not being up to speed on the songs is a concern, also he doesn't look like he's tried to bring much performance energy. I've got my doubts, he should have been looking to impress. Give him one more time but he needs to step it up.
