I'm from Thailand and i love Phad Thai. For us it can be very easy to cook but also can be tricky if you had wrong ingredients. Phad Thai can range from 40Baht ($1) from food trolley and up to 500 Baht ($15) in Fine Dining restaurants. "Phad" in Thai means Pan-fried and Thai is my nationality. What Jamie Oliver did today is neither Phad nor Thai. RIP JO

I just realised that Jamie has used soy sauce in nearly every Asian dish he has made, except the fried rice, which is one dish he should have used it!
