I learned as a teen that bubble baths/body/feminine washes can jack you up….An acv bath/soak once a week followed by regular showers/baths with Dove sensitive; drink plenty of water and stay away from a lot processed foods sugar and alcohol that’s really all that’s needed. Anything perfumed is a no go as far as bathing..put your smell good on after bathing🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I love when people take care of themselves. many girls have 1000 palettes and makeup but then they don't take care of their skin. I would never be able to go to sleep wearing makeup or without taking a good shower. She has a nice routine, a pity that some products are not available in Italy😭

Be careful spraying the alcohol based fragrance on your necklaces especially pearls! It will ruin them😢
