I love these tips but like most other videos of this type I’ve seen on YouTube before, it doesn’t really address what to do about messy stuff. Where we live the shoes and boots are too dirty to be able to just throw in a basket or put in a cupboard. And often our coats and snow pants are dripping wet. And we will have wet hat and mitts. None of those things can easily just be put in baskets. What would you suggest for real life, everyday items like that? Just for reference, our entryway is just our front door into the living room, no actual divided entryway except the rug on the floor to divide up the space.

My daugther live in a very small roofflat. Her entry goes direckt to her tiny tiny kitchen. And there is so many /-walls. She have a small shoecloset and a hanger on the wall for the coats in the mini “hall” to the bathroom its about 75 cm wide. But when we go to use the bathroom we almost sufforcates in the jackets on the hanger. There is so little storrage in the appartment any surgestion?? ❤

I'm a bit confused. You said the dresser that used to be the pantry, is now used in the entryway for shoes. But then you said that the wire basket is for the kids to put their shoes in. Why can't they store their shoes in the dresser? Isn't that the main point of the dresser?
