3. Make sure you have the correct webcam selected in Zoom
4. Make sure your webcam is not being used by any other applications on your PC. We would recommend closing any apps on your computer that do not need to be open.
5. Try connecting your webcam to another USB port.
6. Restart your computer or laptop.
