Holy crap. This worked so freaking good. I tried this with a stubborn keg and it sealed perfectly. Thanks for the Tip.

Oh I gotta try this. I just got kegs and started kegging. I noticed 1 keg lid leaks when I just flip it down. I tried pulling it up and flipping and it made the leak less. Maybe this method will seal it fully. Thanks.

This is the only way I can get those lids on straight. Some Starsan as "lube" and then pressurize the keg!

Buddy....I tired this after your tip and got beer and sanitizer all over my face. Hi PSI or bust! 11 PSI failed miserably.

There's no difference between this and the "normal" way of doing this. I have never seen, or heard of any leaks on keglids after 17 years of homebrewing or using same kind of lid on beerline cleaning keg in work for 21 years. We clean all of our 4 regular beerlines every week, and the 7 changing beerlines every time we change the beer (normally once per week).
