After you cleaned it with the power washer, did you actually need to wait two full days for it to dry before adding the sealer?

There are two best recomendations for Thompson Water Seal. 1. Never. and 2. In the Trash. Step up to a real deck product, such as Ready-Seal, which is vastly superior in every way.
