Rose made banana pancakes for breakfast! #shorts
RECIPE:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
3-4 tablespoons coconut flour
Ghee or butter

Preheat oven to 300F
Add the bananas to a large bowl and mash to a pulp. Add the eggs and mix up. Add the baking powder, vanilla and mix well. Add 3 tablespoons of coconut flour and mix well. You want the texture to resemble thick pancake batter, so only add more flour as needed. If batter is too thick, add a splash of almond or cow milk. 

Preheat griddle to 300F or a non-stick ceramic pan to medium with enough ghee to coat the bottom. Add enough batter for 4 pancakes and cook until deep golden brown, about 4 minutes, flip and cook another 3-4 minutes. Transfer pancakes to a sheet pan and bake for 5 minutes. Remove and enjoy!
