Is there a full version of this episode? It was so fast. Like it’s so high budget and well done it can’t just be 5 minutes long. Like I just got a tiny taste before you moved on to the next restaurant. I want to watch an 30min-hour long episode on each place.

Global Cheese! I love that place. Super underrated! AND Jonathan (the guy who served you) is the absolute best. He's been my cheese guy for nearly a decade at this point. I love him!

Nice, we have college, the market, and some Queen. Next, let's hit Dundas and then Parkdale! PS: Hungry now.

THe video started off ok then got off track, kind of expensive from the looks of it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

“we do cheese really well in Canada” is a bit of an exaggeration as a standalone quote. Even the good tasting Ontario cheeses are not that good compared to French and Italian classics, and yet priced higher, pretty much every cheese in Canada is made with pasteurized milk, which is fine i guess but how can we say we do cheese really well if practically none of it is made with raw milk. Gourmet, expensive cheeses in Canada use additives that you would never dream if seeing in European cheeses except in cheap processed cheeses. I’m sure this quote was taken out of context in the edit, because the person who said is clearly very honest and know what she’s saying in the rest of the video.
