I don't own a drone and have no business on the channel, but I thoroughly enjoyed your expertise, fluidity of thought, and how easy you made the build look. The algorithm is ‘rithming’ tonight.

After a year of practicing in a sim, checking every drone video and reading everything I could, your video finally got me into the hobby! I ordered all the parts at Ali, can’t wait to get this thing up and running 🔥

Thank you for producing another great video. I really appreciate you posting a budget build for 2023. I'm still analog and I don't have a great deal of money to devote to the hobby so watching you build a budget analog quad with quality components at a time when most guys are going digital AND providing links to where a guy can purchase the components is VERY valuable information to me. Your videos really increase my enjoyment of this wonderful hobby. Your video production value and camera work as well as your CLEAN build philosophy combine nicely with your no-nonsense narration making your videos entertaining as well as informative. Well done. Happy flying amigo.

This series has been fabulous. Would absolutely LOVE a similar video for a 3/3.5” build👀

Brand new to this hobby, still haven't even bought a controller. This tutorial of sorts was a pleasure to watch. So helpful, incredibly so.

Thank you!

Thank you for making another budget build video! I built your 2022 budget build and flew it all summer. It's still going strong and so much fun to fly. It was my first 5" quad and helped me transition into flying in acro mode.

Your 100% right, no need for a gopro, the o3 air unit has a lot of camera settings, but I have no idea how to set everything correctly but I will learn! I went the v2 googles so I could get longer range.

Yup. I got most of them right. I just bought that camera for my 3.5 inch build. Also on the 2022 build you did I got the T-Motor Velox V2 2306 motors since the Emax Eco's were sold out at the time of my build. I have also since picked up a RDQ Sourceone V5 frame as an extra frame. Lol, I almost have all the exact same parts to build this quad in a 4S. Great video man! Keep up the great work for the FPV community.

I love how you soldered motor wires to esc 😍 I recently build drone inspired by 2022 build and if I didn't cut motor wires so short, I would resolder them. This looks great!

It was because of your 2022 build that I was able to assemble my first drone, explained clearly, thank you. I only have one recommendation to replace this frame. The TBS Source one looks a budget frame at beginning, but it doesn't come with any TPU, you're stuck with the antennas hanging down, I lost 2 antennas because of this, the frame is also not compatible with HD, without adding other TPU parts, and each of this pieces costs around $10, in the end this frame is more expensive than a HLGRC for example or a SpeedyBee master v2. But the quality is good, it can withstand a lot of beating, especially the v3.

Awesome!! I considered building my 1st drone but when DJI had 30% discount on the Avata explorer combo I jumped on it. I thought for the Drone, integra goggles and motion 2 controller for $895 I couldn’t pass it up. I may consider your build after I get use to FPV flying. Thanks again

This is the best build tutorial I’ve seen to date. Outstanding job.

This is a very well done video. I like the subtle humor in places. Just wanted to say thanks - I am an American living in Germany and used your video as a tutorial and had no issues getting my insurance, EID, etc. so now I am legal. I will say my experience with the law and drones so far in Germany is positive - I was only approached by the Polizei once (before I was legal) and they were very cool and didn’t make a big deal about it. I hope it stays that way - Germany is a fantastic country for the photography and cinematic side of drones and I hope people fly responsibly and keep it that way.
