Arthur was nice to Gary while Joker is mean to him. It's amazing how different Arthur and Joker are as characters, Arthur is a nice guy and full of insecurities while his alter ego Joker is a bad guy and is confident to do anything. You can tell just from the way he talks as Arthur and Joker.

Hmmm perhaps this’ll be better than expected?
At first it seemed like this is the joker movie we never asked for. Maybe it’s not. Maybe it’ll turn out good despite that. Anyone think this’ll lead to future joker and/or Batman films? Hopefully they won’t be musicals tho. The way the trailer indicates, joker has a massive amount of people that follow him like a leader/savior. If he escapes prison, does that mean his arc continues (for future films)?
