Toolbar is missing in Outlook

these videos are so annoying. srsly, if we had an icon available to get our toolbar back would we be searching the internet on how to do it? why do none of these videos tell you how to get your toolbar if the icons and dropdown options are missing. low hanging fruit videos are not helpful.

The "helpful" ICONS mentioned in all the videos DO NOT appear in my Outlook 365. The "little box with an arrow" IS MISSING in my Outlook 365. How do you fix this issue?

That would all be ok if that icon was on my desktop for outlook yet it isnt there

If you are using Microsoft 365, you will not be able to find this icon. So what you have to do is download the original for the classic version Shall we say outlook, and on there?You will find the options that you're looking for at the top.
