Thank goodness I’m from North America and 99% of jobs don’t require aptitude tests for middle management or c-suite jobs for past couple decades.

Encountered my first aon test. Bought practice tests, can only answer 5 out of 49 questions in 12 minutes.

This means either I’ve always been dumb all life. Yet unable to explain how I got a bachelors degree and currently pursuing mba. school exams are simple. But every aptitude test I ever do I fail lol.
