Their tests are considered unique and particularly challenging, characterized by complex and unique questions, short solving time and points reduced for wrong answers. The tests are administered on the company’s own platform – MapTQ.

The answer for the sample question on 03:42 is:
The three orange-marked tables in the top row always have a letter in the bottom corner, which alphabetically follows the letter in the top corner (y-z, X-Y, and v-w).
The letters in the left and right corners follow the same rule (A-B, Z-a, and x-y).
The three blue-marked tables do not follow this pattern.

In the bottom row, the leftmost and rightmost tables (1 and 4, respectively) follow this pattern, while the two middle tables (2 and 3) do not.

Therefore, tables 1 and 4 will be marked orange, and tables 2 and 3 will be marked blue.

In context to the answer in description 'for the sample question on 03:42 is: The three orange-marked tables in the top row always have a letter in the bottom corner, which alphabetically follows the letter in the top corner (y-z, X-Y, and v-w)"

A blue marked table in center also has the same pattern as orange marked tables.

For 3:42, I had the correct answer, but my logic was very different from the one given. That concerns me because it means when I am taking this assessment I might get a question wrong because I found a different pattern than the one they were looking for me to find.

Why does it feel like they make it tricky to get people to buy their course? Who can get the logical test in 15 seconds at first sight?

3:42 the answer doesn't seem to be correct, or I am missing something. The second blue (third overall) table has a X-Y pair in the top-bottom, and according to the answer that is the rule for the orange tables, same as the second to last table overall?

Could you give more context to the Sudoku at 3:59? First of all, the lower right-hand corner where a rectangle (2) without a grey background is shown, has to be a rotated square (1), if I would assume standard Sudoku rules. Because if you ignore the corner, then you would get to the intermediate step (with 0s as placehodlers for unknowns):
4 2 5 1 3
1 3 4 0 0
2 5 1 3 4
0 1 0 0 0
0 4 0 0 x
and the four known (1)s would immediately place the (1) in the lower right hand corner (x).
And furthermore, if the corner is amended then there exist exactly two solutions with different values at the '?', i.e. (2) and (5). Those solutions should be:
4 2 5 1 3
1 3 4 2 5
2 5 1 3 4
5 1 3 4 2
3 4 2 5 1
and
4 2 5 1 3
1 3 4 5 2
2 5 1 3 4
3 1 2 4 5
5 4 3 2 1
