I'm running 35x12.50's on 20x9 (+20 offset) with zero lift on my 2015 2500.
I found that the doubled up plastic at the front bumper was the worst rubbing offender, I simply sliced the outer layer even with the bumper.
Also, instead of trimming the rear of the liner I used zip ties.
I drilled two holes, one above and one below the frame horn. There is a hole at the corner (driver's side has a harness) and I ran the zip tie through the hole. I pulled this tight, and it flattens out the back side of liner nicely. The only rubbing I get now is cycling the suspension hard when near full lock.
I'm entertaining the idea of "massaging" the pinch weld for a bit more clearance.
Last, I LOVE the look of low lift big tires...the ONLY reason I'd lift my truck is to accommodate a front 4-link conversion.

Where do you have the front arms of the 2 post lift at? On the body mounts?

I’m running 2” level with 35/12.5r18 with -25 rims. Rubs on the back side of the tire on the plastic wheel cover only at full turn.

Do you reccomend a gear swap for 37s the 4th gen cummins is a 3.42 and id imagine 37s would take it closer to high 2s low 3s for gearing. I have a G56 truck so I atleast have a very low 1st gear.

Love what you guys do and the awesome information you put out. I have a 5th gen 2020 Ram 2500. I would like to keep the stock wheels if possible. 20x8 spec is 19.1 positive.

With the 3” front level 1” rear can I still fit the 37’s with that minor trim or am I forced to get a new wheel setup?

What about the 17”x8.5” +25 to +27 offset wheels with 37’s like the AEV SALTA or METHOD CJC 315? For other than onroad / highway driving, would you need to trim the pinch weld in the case if going off-roading?

I understand Carli is mostly about going fast
Well faster
But they also do set ups that are geared more toward better ride and slow speed off road
I’m curious how much you guys at CJC could improve on the AEV prospector
As if I went full 40s with the AEV what can CJC do to make it even better ?
I don’t have a dream truck I have dream truckS
But reality is I’m going to have to settle for one truck that meets many different needs.

How does this all apply to the power wagon? Since it comes lifted 2” from the factory, what is needed, and what lift or level kits are compatible? Carli’s website says they’re looking for a new power wagon so the can develop the parts to work.
