I bought an ATN thor LT and it doesn't hold Zero. Ruined my hunt and now sending it to the factory. Very disappointed!

What is the deal with the battery? First, the customer service has been great. However, the product itself, I've had to send in twice in two years to fix the battery which has refused to charge.

My Thor LT 4-8 is beginning to freeze with almost every shot displaying white and black lines that requires the scope to be turned off and then back on to make it work. Then once a shot is fired it does it again. Is there a fix for this or do I have to contact customer service?

This scope sucks when zero on the shots the reticle doesn't stay in the middle it just stays where you zero it at

my scope will not move the crosshairs to the center after i sight it in is there something to fix that

Mine keeps getting stuck. Now it’s a white screen and won’t update. Used a 22lr the most on it.
