I've been struggeling with mental and emotional issues for as long as I can remember. Apart from serveral other symptoms, I can't concentrate on a specific task for more than a few minutes. Last month I went to a neurologist as I started to forget really basic things in my everyday life and finally, at the age of 34, got diagnosed with ADHD. I make the volume of the affirmations very low so that I can barely even hear them. The subconscious, however, can hear them easily, making it easy to reprogram my subconscious. It can really do wonders.
