Ordered a CS Strat recently after working with Baxter for 2(ish) years and I can say they really do care. I'm not sure any other store would have engaged in the back and forth over email like Casino Guitars did. I submitted the online form, and Baxter reached out over email the next day and we talked over the phone! Baxter worked with me through every step of the way, and his knowledge and patience were absolutely priceless. I will say I miss the Mike Eldred days, and a more expansive Time Machine footprint. Just like I miss the American Vintage Series at the factory level. That said, their work is still top shelf and their relic work has really gotten insanely good. I thought it was pretty neat how the Sean Hurley P Bass brought back the bass mute system Fender originally developed with Bob Babbitt by upscaling a Jazzmaster style system. Y’all are really great! I know I’d never, ever sell my CS Time Machine 55 P. It’s truly something special.

I just order a Fender Custom Shop from these guys and they are seriuos when they say, they take the time to really get to know you so so can you the best guitar for you. I reach out to them and to my surprise Baxter is the one reply to me. We exhange few emails and had couple of phone calls and he is very friendly. To my surprise, he wasn't just about the business of selling you an expensive guitar. He really talk to me and got to know me a little bit, we talk about other things besides guitars and made the experince so pleasent. They really know their stuff. Thank you Baxter for all your help.

I ordered my first custom shop Strat way back in March 2000 and it finally arrived in April 2001. It was a 1960 Closet Classic Strat in 3 tone sunburst. The specs I wanted changed was no checking and 9.5” radius. It took 13 months to arrive but was well the wait! The custom shop knocked it outta the park and I still have it! Love the Strat and thank you Fender Custom Shop! Oh, the price without my specs was $2000 and the up charge for my specs was $500. Well worth it though!

You found a place you are comfortable and manufacturers that provide a product you are proud of, and there is nothing wrong with Doing what you believe or love in and supporting people and Products. Not everyone wants a custom Shop or can afford one but its always nice to have a reliable source for those that do
